THE MAGICAL PROPERTIES OF THE PIG'S TROTTER
Some recent reports have cited the magical anti-ageing properties of pig's trotters. TROTTERS and WINE at DELIZIQUE...
Neil Irvine, wine buyer for HG Wines and St. John and Thomas Blythe, general manager of the St. John Restaurant Company will be celebrating with the fine people of Delizique in Glasgow next Thursday evening, November 1st as Trotter Gear finds its way north.

Valvona and Crolla will be hosting an authors lunch on Monday 19th November 2007 in their wonderful Edinburgh Caffe Bar.
Fergus will join guests from midday for a three course lunch to talk Trotters and everything Beyond Nose to Tail followed by a book signing in the wine department from 2.00 pm with an event only 10% discount.
The lunch, including wine, is £29.95 per person and guests are asked to arrive for lunch at 11.45 am prompt.
